Morrow Audio Cable Warranty
Lifetime warranty on all Morrow Audio cable products. If your cable ever breaks, for any reason, even abused, we will repair or replace your cable for free. If you trip over your cable, if your pet eats your cable, if your child takes scissors to your cable, if your cable gets tangled in a sweeper, etc, we will repair or replace it for free. You only pay the shipping.

Warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Shipping cost, taxes and duties are not covered in the warranty.

Please contact us before shipping us your product. We need to be sure that the product is defective. There might be an easy solution that will fix the issue.

Try This First:
The connectors on your cables can, over time, oxidize. With RCA and XLR cables, this can cause signal drop, buzzing, RFI, noise and hum. Use an electrical contact cleaner to clean the connectors. In most cases, this will solve the issue.

Switch the left and right cables. If the problem stays in the same channel, the cable is not at fault. You have equipment issues. If the problem moves to the other channel, it is possible that the cable is defective.

Include in your shipment...

1. The cable(s) needing repair.
2. A detailed note as to what needs repair. Include your name, email, phone number and ship to address.
3. A check or money order or payment by PayPal for $15.00 USD to cover USA shipping and handling back to you. If international, provide $40.00.
